Oo, was it a micracle cure? Did Jesus lay his hands on you? Can you now pick up your bed and walk?!?
Um... My thyroid was being attacked by my immune system. Which wasn't very kind. But now it's stopped. Automatically. With no medical intervention.
I'm sure it would've stopped quicker if the NHS had thought about intervening sooner, but... There we are.
My body faster than the NHS. Fact.
And we all know how extremely very fast my body is, don't we...?
Oh, indeed. I have witnessed it racing along a crowded pavement at a rate of knots.
(Or did it just look fast in comparison with mine, I wonder...?)
